Unlock Your Potential with Mental Health Training Hub

Mary-Anne Quezel

Founder & Facilitator Mary-Anne Quezel is the founder of the Mental Health Training Hub, a human behaviour analyst, specialist in anxiety and addictive behaviour, practitioner, and mental health advocate dedicated to strengthening people’s mental and emotional capacity for work and life.

Drawing on extensive professional training in the science of the mind, human behaviour, and nervous-system regulation — alongside her past lived experience of trauma and addiction — Mary-Anne integrates neuroscience, somatic regulation, and emotional intelligence to support strengthening and sustainable change in stress management.

Her work focuses on emotional stability as the foundation for positive mental health through applied, embodied science.

Mary-Anne has worked with executives, professionals, students, and community members, and also mentors coaches and therapists seeking to deepen their clinical and facilitation practice.

Mary-Anne is a member of International Institute of Complementary Therapists and CPCA — Certified Practising Counsellors Australia, an NDIS-recognised professional body.
