Founder & Facilitator Mary-Anne Quezel is the founder of the Mental Health Training Hub, specialist in anxiety and addictive behaviour, trauma informed practitioner, and mental health advocate dedicated to strengthening people’s mental and emotional capacity for work and life.
Drawing on professional training in leadership, mental health, human behaviour, mindfulness and emotional regulation — alongside her lived experience of trauma and chronic addiction patterns — Mary-Anne delivers through applied nervous system regulation to strengthen mental and emotional stability, support stress management, and create sustainable change within leadership and high-pressure environments.
Her work focuses on strengthening capacity as the foundation for positive mental health through applied, embodied science.
Mary-Anne has worked with executives, professionals, students, community members, individuals in custody and also mentors coaches and therapists seeking to deepen their facilitation practice.
Mary-Anne is a member of Australia and New Zealand Mental Health Association, International Institute of Complementary Therapists and CPCA — Certified Practising Counsellors Australia, an NDIS-recognised professional body.
