Mary-Anne Quezel is the founder of the Mental Health Training Hub and creator of the Leadership Reset Program, working at the intersection of leadership development, capacity building, and nervous system regulation.
With professional training in leadership, mental health, human behaviour, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness, Mary-Anne supports leaders and professionals to strengthen emotional stability, regulate stress, and navigate meaningful organisational and personal change.
She brings years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and change management, having worked across high-pressure environments including corrections, emergency services, corporate, and community sectors.
Mary-Anne has supported CEOs, board members, senior leaders, and professionals through both individual and group development programs, and mentors coaches and practitioners seeking to deepen their facilitation practice.
She is a member of the Australia and New Zealand Mental Health Association, the International Institute of Complementary Therapists, and CPCA — Certified Practising Counsellors Australia.

Aleathea brings a steady, grounded presence to Leadership Reset program, shaped by years of work in human resources, leadership development, and training delivery within multinational executive environments. Across one-to-one and group settings, she has supported people through change, learning, and complexity with a style that is structured, calm, and practical — creating space for clarity without pressure.
Her background includes qualifications in training and assessment, occupational health and safety, business management, and professional management, alongside formal training in psychotherapy and a range of somatic and energy-based approaches. Aleathea supports the work as an integrative guide, helping create conditions where clients can regulate, reconnect, and strengthen mental and emotional capacity with dignity and respect — without force, performance, or overwhelm.
