Which can feel intense — deadlines, performance pressure, social overload, disrupted sleep, financial stress, uncertainty about the future.

At the Mental Health Training Hub, we don’t focus on diagnosing problems or analysing them endlessly.

We focus on regulation — guiding you through nervous-system skills that help you reset stress, calm mental overload, and build the inner capacity to meet academic and personal demands.

These are live, facilitated classes designed to help you feel clearer, steadier and more resourced — fast.

How the classes work

Each session follows a simple, effective structure: In Four Simple Steps.

SELF ENQUIRY

We begin with a short reflection to help you notice what’s present.

For example, if the theme is anxiety, you might be asked:

What would life look like without anxiety?

You jot down a few notes privately — no sharing required.

EFT TAPPING

We then move into EFT tapping to release the attachment to the thoughts and how stress or anxiety is being held in the mind and body. Just follow the instructor over zoom.

GUIDED BREATHWORK WITH MUSIC

Next comes a guided breath work session with music to regulate and reset the nervous system, helping your body shift out of fight-or-flight and into a more balanced state. Just lay down and enjoy the breath-work medicine.

TRACK YOUR SHIFT

Before and after the session, you rate how you feel out of 10 so you can notice the internal change for yourself.

Over time, these classes strengthen your ability to:

• focus and concentrate

• manage exam nerves

• sleep more deeply

• recover from pressure faster

• regulate emotions

• feel steadier in social situations

When the nervous system regulates and resets, capacity rises — for learning, memory, creativity and resilience.
